After a lot of form filling online we were asked to contact them via the phone to answer some other questions which was expected as policies are sometimes complex. After being on hold for around 15 minutes we were then told that because we have a workshop/unit away from our home they could not insure us ! What business of any size does not have a separate unit/office/workshop away from their home. They should state that they only cover home based business insurance. What a waste of my time !!
